    We look quietly through our private network. Every buyer or seller is checked before they hear a single detail.

    Check and agree

    Independent experts inspect the asset. You see a clear report and agree one price and one fee, in writing.

    Pay safely through Escrow.com

    The buyer pays Escrow.com, not the seller and not us. The money is only released once the buyer confirms everything is as agreed.

  5. 05

    Handover

    We arrange transfer of ownership, transport and paperwork. Then we close the file. That's it.
